Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Scope & Educational Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all tuition payments, cohort deposits, and mentorship fees paid to PulseWork Core (operated by Kim Jihun, located at 14-8 Samsan-ro 241beon-gil, Nam-gu, Ulsan, 44718, Republic of Korea).

Because our training cohorts are strictly capped at 12 students to maintain high instructional fidelity and weekly 1-on-1 chart review, timely notice of cancellation is necessary to allocate reserved seats to waitlisted applicants.

2. Cohort Training & Clinic Refund Eligibility

For our 6-week Volume Spread & Momentum Mastery Intensive, 2-weekend Oscillators Clinic, and 3-week Tape Reading Practicum, the following refund schedule applies based on written notice:

• More than 14 Calendar Days Before Start Date: 100% full refund of total tuition paid, less standard bank wire processing fees (not exceeding ₩30,000).
• Between 7 and 14 Calendar Days Before Start Date: 80% partial refund of total tuition paid (20% retained as an administrative reservation fee).
• Less than 7 Calendar Days Before Start Date: 50% partial refund, or the option to transfer 100% of the tuition credit to the immediately following cohort intake at no penalty.
• After Cohort Commencement (Once Week 1 Session Begins): Tuition becomes non-refundable once live instruction, course binder distribution, or proprietary chart clinic access has commenced.

3. Private 1-on-1 Mentorship & Diagnostic Audits

For individual 1-on-1 engagements with Kim Jihun:

• Cancellations Prior to Session 1: Full refund if notice is provided at least 5 business days prior to the first scheduled diagnostic session.
• Sessions Completed / Work in Progress: If a student discontinues after session 1 or session 2, refunds are prorated based on remaining uncompleted 90-minute sessions at the rate of ₩350,000 per remaining session, less administrative review fees.
• Completed Audits: Diagnostic audit reports and completed sessions are strictly non-refundable once delivered.

4. Rescheduling & No-Show Policies

• Cohort Sessions: If a student misses a scheduled live classroom session due to unavoidable emergency or illness, full session audio-visual recordings, chart packets, and asynchronous instructor notes are provided. Missed live sessions cannot be refunded individually.
• Private 1-on-1 Sessions: May be rescheduled without charge provided at least 24 hours' advance notice is given to the instructor. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit that scheduled session.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Materials

The following costs are non-refundable once disbursed:

• Physical 220-case historical training binders that have already been personalized and physically dispatched or received by the student (standard binder deduction fee: ₩120,000);
• Direct international bank wire transfer transaction fees charged by intermediary banking institutions.

6. Refund Request Procedure & Timelines

To request a refund or cohort transfer, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a written cancellation request via email to info@pulseworkcore.click stating your full registered name, enrolled program, and bank details for reimbursement.
2. Our administrative office in Ulsan will review and confirm receipt within 2 business days.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original method of payment (bank wire or credit card reversal).
