1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant", "Student", or "User") and PulseWork Core (registered under Kim Jihun, located at 14-8 Samsan-ro 241beon-gil, Nam-gu, Ulsan, 44718, Republic of Korea). By accessing our website (pulseworkcore.click), enrolling in our technical analysis training courses, workshops, or private chart audit mentorships, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Nature of Services & Educational Scope

PulseWork Core provides specialized professional education, workshop training, and diagnostic chart analysis coaching in the disciplines of Technical Analysis, Volume Spread Analysis (VSA), Momentum Indicators, and Oscillator theory.

All course lectures, chart case studies, workbook exercises, and verbal discussions are conducted strictly for educational and analytical skill-development purposes. PulseWork Core is an educational institution and does not provide individualized investment advice, financial portfolio management, brokerage services, or guarantees of market profits.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All training curriculum, lecture recordings, physical and digital course binders, historical chart markups, and proprietary diagnostic frameworks developed by PulseWork Core remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kim Jihun and PulseWork Core.

• Course materials are licensed solely for the personal educational use of the registered participant.
• Participants may not record, redistribute, publish, sell, broadcast, or sublicense any part of the lectures, chart databases, or instructional binders without prior written consent from PulseWork Core.

4. Enrollment, Tuition & Inquiries

Tuition rates displayed on this website are informational and subject to formal confirmation during the intake process. Registration in any training cohort or private coaching program is finalized upon receipt of the agreed tuition fee and written confirmation from our studio administration.

5. Participant Responsibilities & Conduct

Participants agree to maintain professional conduct during all classroom sessions, video conference cohorts, and collaborative chart review channels. PulseWork Core reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any participant who engages in disruptive behavior, harassment, or unauthorized commercial solicitation without entitlement to a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseWork Core and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial trading losses, loss of capital, or operational disruptions arising from your application of technical analysis methodologies taught in our programs. Trading and market participation involve substantial financial risk.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts having jurisdiction over Ulsan, South Korea.
